"Well to start off, I love my apartment. Nice and cozy, breakfast bar and balcony has French doors. No complaints. My move I process was swift and easy. Shout out to Ms. L. Brown!!!! She was awesome!! She thoroughly explained everything, contacted me with every update and answered every question I had. I love where my unit is. My neighbors are quiet. The bus stop is 2 min away and the station is a short walk. What more can you ask for."

“I lived here for over three yrs now and my stay has been pretty well. I recently referred my co worker here and she loves her apartment and i love having her close in my neighborhood. We both haven’t had any pest issues in our apartment . Franklin Park throws great events for the community for the children and families here. I really appreciate that a lot .it shows that they care about the residents. The staff are polite. Sometimes the wait time for repairs can be 48-72 hrs but i understand that its a very large community and priority comes first. My lease ends in June and I’m looking forward in signing my new lease.”

I have been living in the community for almost a month and everything has been great. Ms. Loreal Brown worked with me through the entire application process up until signing the lease. Excellent customer service through it all. Even when I noticed an issue, she had it resolved immediately. My neighbors in my building have all been very friendly.
